Closed beta · Invite-only

AI won’t replace people.
It will represent them.

Envoy reads your inbox, learns how you think, and never lets a relationship go cold. Hand it a job and it goes and does the legwork. And at my-twin.ai/twin/you, anyone can ask your Twin a question, book time, or request an intro — in your voice.

New members are invited in small groups.

Listens

Every email, meeting, and note quietly flows in. Envoy notices what matters — commitments made, questions unanswered, cadences slipping.

02
Learns

It builds a private model of who you know, how you think, and what you owe. The longer you use it, the more your Twin sounds like you.

Represents

Follow-ups drafted in your voice. Meetings booked on your rules. Intros routed without your inbox. You still say yes; Envoy handles the rest.

Relationship coolingJust now
You've gone 21 days without replying to Priya.

She sent you a follow-up on Tuesday. Envoy drafted your reply — 2 sentences, matches your tone.

Errands

Or just hand it something.

Not everything starts in your inbox. Describe a job the way you’d describe it to a colleague. Envoy asks only what changes the answer, goes and does the reading, and comes back with the specifics — the address, the price, the catch.

And when something it told you turns out to be wrong, it says so before you act on it.

  • —It works while you don’t, and reports in when it needs you.
  • —Every claim traces to a source you can open.
  • —It never books or buys anything. That stays yours.
You

I've got a demo at 5 today and I'm stuck downtown until 4. Need somewhere quiet I can run it from.

Privacy

An assistant that reads your mail has to earn it.

Everyone building one of these asks for the same thing: your inbox. Almost nobody says what happens next. So here is exactly what happens next.

Envoy doesn’t open your mail unless you ask it to

By default it works from what’s on the outside of the envelope — who wrote, when, about what. Reading what’s inside is a separate question, asked separately, and off until you answer it.

On iPhone, it reads without sending

Apple’s on-device model runs on the handset. Your message is fetched straight to your phone and read there — the body is never sent to an AI provider and never stored on our servers. Only the conclusion comes back.

It acts on nothing without you

Envoy drafts; you send. It never books, never buys, never replies on your behalf. Every claim it makes traces to a source you can open, and access is one click to revoke.

What we won’t say: that we can’t see your mail. Envoy holds access to your mailbox, because an assistant that only works while you’re watching isn’t one. Subject lines and sender names are processed on our servers, as they always have been. The promise is narrower than the usual marketing and it has the advantage of being true — and you can read exactly how it works, in the same detail we hold ourselves to.
